      为了解易贡藏布江浮游生物群落结构特征及其与环境因子的关系,2017年4-5月对易贡藏布江的13个采样点的浮游生物种类组成、密度及环境因子进行调查分析,同时利用Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数和Pearson相关系数的方法,探讨浮游生物群落结构特征及其与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明,易贡藏布江段调查得出浮游植物计4门、73种,各点密度变化为930~6840 个/L,生物量变化为2.124~13.210 ug/L,易贡湖点密度及生物量最高,夏曲点密度及生物量最低;浮游动物计4门、20种(属),各点密度变化范围为12.0~109.3个/L,生物量变化为1.08~12.56 mg /L,易贡湖点密度及生物量最高,夏曲点密度最低,八盖曲点生物量最低。易贡藏布江干流浮游动物的密度随着浮游植物密度的变化而变化,浮游生物密度随着海拔的上升而降低,浮游生物密度与水温具有正相关性,浮游生物(除蓝藻门和轮虫外)密度与pH具有负相关性。

      Plankton play an important role in the aquatic food web and are often used as ecological and environmental indicators because of their sensitivity to changes in the water environment. In this study, we explored the characteristics of plankton community structure in Yigongzangbu River and analyzed its relationship with environmental factors. The objectives of the study were to accumulate baseline data on Yigongzangbu River and provide a reference for fishery resource conservation and water environment evaluation. The investigation of plankton was carried out at 13 sampling transects in April and May of 2017, focusing on plankton species composition, density and biomass as well as diversity indices. Water temperature and pH were monitored simultaneously. A total of 73 phytoplankton species from 4 phyla were observed during the investigation, with absolute dominance of Bacillariophyta (59 species, 80.82%), followed by Chlorophyta (8 species, 10.96%), Cyanophyta (5 species, 6.85%) and Cryptophyta (1 species, 1.37%). The range of phytoplankton density among the sampling stations was 930-6840 ind/L and the range in biomass was 2.124-13.210 ug/L, with the highest value both in Yigong Lake and the lowest value in Xiaoqu. A total of 20 zooplankton species from 4 phyla were observed, consisting of 8 protozoan species (40%), 7 rotifer species (35%), 3 cladoceran species (15%) and 2 copepod species (10%). The range of zooplankton density was 12.0 - 109.3 ind/L and the range in biomass was 1.08-12.56mg/L, with the highest density and biomass both in Yigong Lake, the lowest density in Xiaoqu and the lowest biomass in Bagai. Correlation analysis shows that zooplankton density in the stem of Yigongzangbu River varied with phytoplankton density, and plankton density decreased with increasing altitude. The density of plankton was positively correlated with water temperature and negatively correlated with pH except for cyanophyta and rotifers.
