| 为探究长寿湖浮游植物功能群时空变化特征及其环境影响因子,于2013年3月至2014年2月对长寿湖7个采样点进行逐月调查,对浮游植物功能群组成、季节变化及其与环境因子的关系进行了分析。结果表明：长寿湖浮游植物共划分为14个功能群,其中重要功能群为D、J、LO、MP、P、S1、SN、X2和Y。春季优势功能群为S1和Y,分别占34.26%和26.57%；夏季优势功能群为SN和S1,分别占23.51%和26.50%；秋季优势功能群为Y和J,分别占32.02%和23.99%；冬季优势功能群为Y和D,分别占23.52%和22.55%。浮游植物功能群季节变化表现为S1+Y→S1+SN→Y+J→D+Y,反映了水环境富营养化的特征。冗余分析(RDA)表明, 水温(WT)、pH、透明度(SD)和总氮(TN)是长寿湖浮游植物功能群变化显著相关的环境因子。 |

| In order to explore the space-time characteristics and the environmental impact factors of phytoplankton functional groups in the Changshou Lake, the relation between composition characteristics, seasonal succession of phytoplankton functional groups and the environmental factors was studied from March 2013 to February 2014 monthly at 7 sampling points. The results showed that there were 14 functional groups, including functional groups D, J, L0, MP, P, S1, SN, X2 and Y, in the Changshou Lake. The dominant groups in spring, summer, autumn and winter were S1(34.26%) and Y(26.57%), SN(23.51%) and S1(26.50%), Y(32.02%) and J(23.99%), and Y(23.52%) and D(22.55%), respectively, which reflected the characteristics of eutrophication of water environment. The RDA analysis revealed that WT, pH, SD and TN were the environmental factors significantly related to phytoplankton functional groups, while no correlation was found between TP and phytoplankton functional groups in the Changshou Lake. |
