      湿地淡水资源供给是一项重要的生态系统服务功能,主要括城镇居民生活用水、工业(矿业)用水和农业用水三大部分。以2013年吉林省湿地淡水供给资源作为研究对象,采用市场价值法,进行省域尺度上与人类生活、工业生产等关系密切的淡水供给服务识别与核算,研究吉林省不同湿地类型和不同行政区的淡水资源供给量和淡水资源供给价值,分析其淡水资源供给的空间分布及其贡献率。结果表明,2013年吉林省湿地淡水资源供给总量为20.81×108 m3,其中湖泊湿地供给淡水量约为8.06×108 m3,河流湿地供给淡水量约为6.04×108 m3,人工湿地供给淡水量约为4.00×108 m3,沼泽湿地供给淡水量约为2.71×108 m3;算吉林省湿地淡水资源供给总价值为83.84亿元/年,其中湖泊湿地占38.73%,河流湿地29.01%,人工湿地占19.25%,而沼泽湿地所占比例最小,为13.01%。在各组成城市中,湿地淡水资源供给价值以松原市最大,核算价值为26.28亿元/年,占总价值的31.34%;白山市最小,为2.6亿元/年,占总价值的3.11%。本研究中利用价值量化的方法表征淡水供给为吉林省发展提供的经济价值,对区域水资源优化配置、促使社会经济和生态环境协调发展以及湿地保护具有重要的理论和实践意义。
英文摘要:
      Providing freshwater is an important ecosystem service of wetlands, including supplying water for urban domestic use, industry (mining) and agriculture. Based on the freshwater provided from wetlands in Jilin province in 2013, we calculated the supply amount of wetland freshwater closely related to human life and industrial production for each administrative region and evaluated the monetary value of different wetland types in different Jilin cities using the market valuation method. By calculating the amount and value of wetland freshwater supplied to different cities, we analyzed the spatial distribution of wetland freshwater supplies as well as the contribution of different wetland types to the freshwater supply in Jilin province. The data for this research were obtained from the Water Resource Bulletin (2013), NDWI index based remote sensing retrieval and DEM extraction, field investigation and statistical data of the total water supply. The demographic data and water prices were taken from the statistics yearbook of Jilin Province (2013). Results show that the total freshwater supply in Jilin province was 20.81×108 m3 in 2013, consisting of 8.06×108 m3 from lakes, 6.04×108m3 from rivers, 4.00×108 m3 from constructed wetlands, and 2.71×108 m3 from marshes. The wetland freshwater supply was concentrated in the middle and northern areas of Jilin Province. In the middle area, the freshwater resource is mainly contributed by artificial wetlands, including ponds and reservoirs, and the resource in the northern area consists primarily of lake, river and marsh wetlands. The total monetary value of the water supplied was 8.384 billion Yuan in Jilin province in 2013, with the value of lake wetlands accounting for 38.73%, river wetlands for 29.01%, constructed wetlands for 19.25% and marsh wetlands (13.01%). The freshwater supply of different administrative regions in Jilin province was also compared: the monetary value of water supplied to Songyuan city was 2.628 billion Yuan (31.34% of the total value for the province), while the value of freshwater supplied to Baishan city was the lowest, 260 million Yuan (3.11%). In this study, the water supply value was quantified using the market valuation method. The results have important theoretical and practical significance for optimal allocation of water resources; balancing social, economic and ecological goals; and conservation of wetlands in Jilin province.
