江苏横山水库浮游植物群落结构的动态变化

      2014年7月至2015年6月,共计12次对横山水库进行采样调查,对水库内的浮游植物进行生态评价和原因分析,同时对水库进行了富营养化水质评价。结果表明,调查期间共采集鉴定浮游植物7门63属147种(包含变种及变型)。其中主要门类有绿藻门28属63种,硅藻门16属46种,蓝藻门10属23种,其余门类除黄藻门外均有少量种类检出。浮游植物细胞数在2.3×106cells/L~8.0×106cells/L之间,平均细胞数4.2×106cells/L,其中,硅藻门细胞占比57.3%,绿藻门占比29.8%,蓝藻门占比8.4%;其他门类的细胞数占4.5%。库区多样性指数H′变化范围为1.52~3.67,平均值2.48;均匀度指数J为0.53~0.86,平均值为0.71;丰富度指数D为0.83~3.32,平均值2.05;主要优势种为美丽鼓藻(Cosmarium formosulum)、变异直链藻(Melosira varians)、颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulate)、尖针杆藻(Synedra acus)、肘状针杆藻(Synedra ulna)等。根据浮游植物多样性分析以及富营养化指数值TLI(∑)对其水质评价,横山水库属于轻度富营养状态。
英文摘要:
      To explore the characteristics and causes of phytoplankton community structure variation and give a evaluation of water quality in Hengshan reservoir, Jiangsu, China. A survey was carried out from July 2014 to June 2015. Results showed that a total of 147 species in 63 genera and 7 phyla were identified, of which the most abundant group was Chlorophyta, with 63 species in 28 genera that account for 42.8% of total species, followed by Bacillariophyta (46 species in 16 genera) and Cyanophyta (23 species in 10 genera). The abundance of phytoplankton cells varied from 2.3×106cells/L~8.0×106cells/L (averaging 4.2×106cells/L), of which Bacillariophyta was account for 57.3%, Chlorophyta for 29.8%, Cyanophyta for 8.4%. The indices of Shannon-Wiener, Pielou and Margalef were 1.52~3.67 (averaging 2.48) , 0.53~0.86 (averaging 0.71) and 0.83~3.32 (averaging 2.05), respectively. The main dominant species were Cosmarium formosulum, Melosira varians, Melosira granulate, Synedra acus, Synedra ulna etc. in the survey period. The analysis of phytoplankton diversity and eutrophication index (TLI (Σ)) indicated that the water quality of Hengshan Reservoir was medium-eutrophicated.
