调查白斑狗鱼眼内寄生的复口吸虫的流行病学,为白斑狗鱼养殖过程中的疾病防治提供基础性资料。2009年至2014年在中国境内的额尔齐斯河8次采样获得263尾白斑狗鱼,统计分析复口吸虫在白斑狗鱼各体长组中的频率分布及空间分布特点。结果表明:复口吸虫一年四季均可感染白斑狗鱼,感染率从春季到冬季逐渐升高,冬季达到峰值;平均感染强度则在冬季最高,夏季次之,春秋两季均低;总感染率为34.98%,平均感染强度为10.74只/尾;感染率随宿主体长增加而上升,但是在体长>50 cm时,感染率最低,为4.17%;平均感染强度随宿主体长的增加也呈逐渐上升的趋势;方均比在各体长段均大于1,呈聚集分布,且聚集度随鱼体长增加而增加。 |

Esoxlucius is a carnivorous fish species native to the Irtysh River. Delicious and highly nutritious, it has become an important artificial breeding species since the Xinjiang native fishery has developed. Recent research shows that Diplostomum is a common parasite of fish in the Irtysh River and the large scale, high density culture of Esoxlucius increases the risk of parasitic infection. Many species have been recorded with high prevalence and infection intensity and it is seriously affecting aquaculture and fishery resources in the Irtysh River basin. This paper characterized the epidemiology of Diplostomum in the eyes of Esoxlucius in the Irtysh River, aiming to provide basic information for the prevention and treatment of disease in artificially cultured Esoxlucius. The study is based on the analysis of 263 Esoxlucius specimens collected in the Irtysh River basin from April 2009 to July 2014. The specimens were classified into five groups according to body length:L≤20 cm, 20 cm<L≤30 cm, 30 cm<L≤40 cm, 40 cm<L≤50 cm, L>50 cm. Diplostomum infection in the eyes was recorded after autopsy and the spatial and frequency distribution of diplostomum infection was analyzed for each group. Results show that Diplostomum is parasitic in Esoxlucius all through the year and prevalence increases from spring to winter. The highest infection intensity was also in winter, then in summer, and the lowest infection intensity was in spring and autumn. The total prevalence of Diplostomum was 34.98% and mean infection intensity was 10.74. The mean prevalence and infection intensity increased with the host body length increase, but the infection rate was the lowest in the body length >50 cm (4.17%).The ratio of standard variance to average was>1for all body length groups, suggesting that the population of Diplostomum exhibits an aggregation distribution in Esoxlucius and the aggregation intensity increases with host size |
