      研究乌江思林库区泉水鱼的年龄和生长特性,为其资源的保护提供基础数据资料。2014年在乌江思林库区大乌江、文家店采集泉水鱼246尾,研究年龄组成与生长特性。泉水鱼体长74.00~214.00 mm、体重7.40~277.70 g,构成年龄为1~3龄、2龄个体为主(占62.69%)。体长与体重的关系式为W=2×10-5L3.086(r2=0.973),表明泉水鱼属于匀速增长类型。Von Bertalanffy生长方程为Lt=246.23[1-e-0.77(t-0.54)]和Wt=479.41[1-e-0.77(t-0.54)]3.086,渐进体长246.23 mm,生长系数0.77,理论生长起点年龄为0.54龄。体重生长的拐点年龄为2.003 龄,对应的体长和体重分别为166.27 mm 和 142.71g。为保护泉水鱼资源,捕捞规格应该高于拐点年龄时的规格。

      Pseudogyrincheilus procheilus (Pseudogyrinocheilus, Cyprinidae, Cypriniformes), is one of the most important commercial fish species in Wujiang River of Guizhou province. In this paper, we analyzed the age composition and growth characteristics of P. procheilus in Silin Reservoir to provide data for fishery resource development and utilization, species conservation and restocking. The study was based on the survey conducted in Dawujiang and Wenjiadian of Silin Reservoir area in May 2014. A total of 246 individuals (body length: 74.00-214.00 mm; body weight: 7.40-277.70 g) were collected during the investigation. Specimens ranged in age from 1 year to 3 years, dominated by 2-year olds (154 individuals), accounting for 62.69% of the total, followed by 3-year olds (51 individuals, 20.73% ) and 1-year olds (41 individuals, 16.67% ). The relationship between body weight and standard length was described as W=2×10-5L3.086 (r2=0.973), indicating that P. procheilus growth is isometric. The growth rate of length and weight is described by the von Bertalanffy function and expressed by the equations Lt=246.23[1-e-0.77(t-0.54)] and Wt=479.41[1-e-0.77(t-0.54)]3.086. The asymptotic length (L∞), growth coefficient (k) and hypothetical age (t0) were, respectively, 246.23 mm, 0.77 and 0.54. The calculated growth inflexion point of P. procheilus was 2.003 y, with corresponding body length and weight of 166.27 mm and 142.71 g. We recommend a capture age of > 2 y to protect the P. procheilus resource in Wujiang River.
