      为探究城市湖泊浮游动物群落结构特征和分布与水环境因子之间的关系,并评价南昌市典型城市湖泊夏季的水质状况,运用多维尺度分析 (MDS) 和典范对应分析 (CCA) 方法,对南昌3个城市湖泊——东湖、青山湖、月亮湖的轮虫和甲壳类浮游动物群落进行了研究,分析了浮游动物的多样性指数。结果表明,轮虫是夏季城市湖泊中浮游动物的优势类群,优势度(Y)大于0.02的浮游动物分别为剪形臂尾轮虫(Brachionus forficula)、裂足臂尾轮虫(Brachionus diversicornis)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、桡足类无节幼体(Copepoda nauplii)和卜氏晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna brightwelli);3个湖泊之间浮游动物的群落结构差异显著 (P<0.05),明显划分为东湖群落、青山湖群落和月亮湖群落。叶绿素a浓度、浊度和溶氧是影响浮游动物分布的显著影响因子 (P<0.05)。多样性指数评价显示,东湖为清洁型水体,青山湖为清洁-中污型水体,月亮湖为轻污-中污型水体。综合评价表明,东湖和青山湖营养程度为寡营养水平,月亮湖营养程度为中富营养水平。

      With continuing development, urban lakes account for an increasing proportion of urban green space and serve several important functions including climate regulation, increased bio-diversity, flood control, and recreation. However, domestic sewage discharge and other anthropogenic activities have caused severe eutrophication in urban lakes. Changes in the water environment have significantly influenced the zooplankton community in these lakes. Monitoring the zooplankton community dynamics and variation in species diversity provides a meaningful evaluation of the water environment. In this study, the zooplankton community was characterised in three urban lakes in Nanchang during the summer of 2013, with emphasis on the density, abundance and diversity index of the rotifer and crustacean communities. The relationship between zooplankton distribution and environmental factors were analyzed through multidimensional scaling analysis and canonical correspondence analysis. The pollution status of the three urban lakes was evaluated based on the Shannon-Wiener index, Pielou evenness index and species richness index of zooplankton. Zooplankton sampling was conducted in the open area of Donghu Lake, Qingshan Lake and Yueliang Lake on July 25, July 26 and August 10 of 2013, with three sampling sites in each lake and samples collected in triplicate at each site. Zooplankton were collected with a 2 L plankton sampler and filtered with a No.25 plankton net. The samples were then fixed and preserved with a mixture of Lugol’s solution and 4% formalin for species identification and counting. The physiochemical parameters of the lakes were determined in situ with a multi-parameter water quality analyzer and included water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a and turbidity. Results show that rotifers dominated the three urban lakes and the dominant species were Brachionus forficula, Brachionus diversicornis, Brachionus calyciflorus, Copepod nauplii and Asplanchna brightwelli (dominance value (Y) > 0.02). The community structure was significantly different among the three lakes (P<0.05), characterized by three obvious groups: Qingshan Lake community, Donghu Lake community and Yueliang Lake community. Canonical correspondence analysis shows that chlorophyll-a, turbidity and dissolved oxygen were the primary factors affecting the distribution of zooplankton (P<0.05). Diversity index of zooplankton and pollution indicator species of Rotifera reveal that Donghu Lake is clean, Qingshan Lake is clean to moderately polluted and Yueliang Lake is lightly to moderately polluted. Overall, Donghu Lake and Qingshan Lake are oligotrophic and Yueliang Lake is mesotrophic.
