2010年春季(5月)和秋季(9月),在大渡河河口选定15个采样点进行原生动物调查,分析其群落结构特征。结果表明,大渡河河口共采集到原生动物118种,春季优势种以纤毛虫为主,秋季优势种以肉足虫为主;原生动物平均密度为977个/L,平均生物量为0.0312 mg/L,春季的原生动物密度和生物量明显高于秋季。春秋季多样性指数平均为2.50和1.40。原生动物功能营养类群B群(食菌-碎屑者,Bactivores-detritivores)所占比例最大,在60%以上。大渡河河口寡污性指示种类为17种,占55.55%。通过对原生动物多样性指数、功能营养类群和指示种的分析,大渡河河口水体受到了一定程度的污染。 |

In this paper, we investigated the protozoan community structure of Dadu River estuary based on the samples collected from15 sites in May and September 2010. The results showed that total of 118 species were found in Dadu River estuary, with the main dominance of Ciliophora in spring and Sarcodina in autumn. The density and biomass of protozoa in spring were obviously higher than those of in autumn, with the annual average density of 977 ind. /L and average biomass of 0.0312mg/L. The average diversity index in spring and autumn were 2.50 and 1.40, respectively. Bactivores-detritivores group (B group) accounted for more than 60% of the protozoa. Oligosaprobic indicator species in Dadu River estuary were 17 species, accounting for 55.55% of the total 27 pollution indicator species in Dadu River estuary. The analysis of protozoa diversity index,functional-trophic groups and indicator species indicated the water in Dadu River estuary was polluted to a certain degree. |
