为探究高州水库浮游植物群落结构变化规律及其与环境因子的关系，2011年4月至2012年3月对高州水库浮游植物群落周年动态进行调查和分析。结果表明，高州水库共鉴定浮游植物7门、97种，库区浮游植物密度年变化范围为7.8×105～9.72×106个/L；全年主要优势种为铜绿微囊藻（Microcystis aeruginosa）与梅尼小环藻（Cyclotella meneghiniana）。Shannon Wiener多样性指数和均匀度指数分析结果显示，高州水库各区域属于中污染状态；CCA分析表明，氮磷营养盐是影响高州水库浮游植物群落分布的重要因子，温度、pH与CODMn对浮游植物群落分布也有一定程度的影响。

英文摘要:

In order to know the structure change rule of phytoplankton community and its relationship with environmental factors in Gaozhou Reservoir, their annual dynamic were investigated and analyzed from April 2011 to March 2012. The result showed that a total of 97 algal taxa belonging to seven phyla were identified in this reservoir and the cell densities of phytoplankton ranged from 7.8×105 cells/L to 9.72×106 cells/L. The phytoplankton community was dominated by Microcystis aeruginosa and Cyclotella meneghiniana in the whole sampling periods. The Gaozhou Reservoir was in the status of moderate pollution based on the analysis of Shannon Wiener diversity index and evenness index. The canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showed that the total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) was the most important factor to influence the distribution of phytoplankton community in the reservoir. In addition, temperature (T), pH and CODMnalso had effected on the distribution of phytoplankton community.
