      为了解温度和光照对生物操纵和水生植物恢复的影响,选择铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、大型溞(Daphnia magna)和金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)分别作为浮游植物、浮游动物和大型沉水植物的代表,将其在11 mg/L氮浓度和不同磷浓度(0.2、0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/L)培养液中共同培养,研究不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)和光照强度(1 100、2 200、3 400、4 500 lx)对藻-溞-草三者共同培养的影响。结果表明,温度对生物操纵和水生植物恢复影响显著;温度15℃时,磷浓度的改变对控藻效果影响不大,但金鱼藻的增长率较其它温度时低;温度在20~25℃时,大型溞的增长率较高,生物操纵效果较好,且0.2 mg/L的磷浓度对金鱼藻的生长最有利;30℃时,大型溞增长率最小,在此温度下,当磷浓度达到1.5 mg/L时,铜绿微囊藻出现正增长,此时不能有效控制铜绿微囊藻。光照强度在1 100~2 200 lx时,所有磷浓度下金鱼藻和大型溞的增长率都高于铜绿微囊藻,控藻效果明显;光照强度3 400~4 500 lx时,磷浓度对生物操纵和水生植物恢复的影响要高于光照因素,且磷浓度在0.2~0.5 mg/L时控藻效果好,更有利于水生植物恢复。

      In order to study the influence of temperature and illumination on biomanipulation and aquatic macrophyte restoration, Microcystis aeruginosa, Daphnia magna and Ceratophyllum demersum were selected respectively as the representative of phytoplankton, zooplankton and submerged macrophyte. They were co cultured in the nitrogen wit concentrate of 11mg/L and in the nutrient solution of phosphorus with different concentrate of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 mg/L. And it studied the influence of different temperature (15, 20, 25, 30℃) and different illumination intensity (1 100, 2 200, 3 400, 4 500 lx) on co cultivation among Microcystis aeruginosa, Daphnia magna and Ceratophyllum demersum. The results showed that it had obvious effect of temperature on biomanipulation and aquatic macrophyte restoration. When the temperature was 15℃, the influence of the change of phosphorus concentration on controlling algae was little, but the growth rate of C. demersum was lower than in other temperature. When the temperature was 20 to 25℃, the growth rate of D. magna was higher with better effect of biomanipulation, and 0.2 mg/L phosphorus was most suitable for growth of C. demersum. When the temperature was 30℃, the growth rate of D. magna was lowest. Under this temperature, M. aeruginosa appeared positive growth with the phosphorus concentration of 1.5 mg/L, and it couldn′t be controlled effectively. The growth rate of D. magna and C. demersum was higher than M. aeruginosa under all phosphorus concentration when the illumination intensity was between 1 100 lx and 2 200 lx, and the effect of controlling algae was obvious. When the illumination intensity was between 3 400 lx and 4 500 lx, the influence of phosphorus concentration on biomanipulation and aquatic macrophyte restoration was greater than illumination. Moreover it is more effective to control algae boom and reestablish aquatic macrophyte when the phosphorus concentration was 0.2-0.5 mg/L.
