采用96 h半静水试验法,研究了精喹草除灵对泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)的急性毒性;应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析了泥鳅血清中酯酶同工酶(EST)与过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)的变化。结果表明,精喹草除灵对泥鳅24、48、72、96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为5.77、5.44、4.73、4.45 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为1.45 mg/L。与对照组相比,精喹草除灵对泥鳅血清酯酶 (EST)和过氧化物酶 (POD)的活性均有显著影响,不同染毒时间对EST和POD的影响不同,随着药物浓度的上升,24 h两种酶活性均显著增强,表现为应激性;48 h的高浓度组活性最弱,酶表达受到抑制;96 h均有所增强,表现出一定的适应性。 |

This paper studied the acute toxicity of Quizalofop P ethyl·Benazolin on Misgurnus anguillicaudatus by using 96 h semi hydrostatic experimental method, and analyzed the variation of esterase isozymes (EST) and peroxidase isozymes (POD) in serum by using the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate. The results showed that the median lethal concentrations (LC50) on Misgurnus anguillicaudatus under 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 hrespectively were 5.77 mg/L, 5.44 mg/L, 4.73 mg/L and 4.45 mg/L, and its safe concentration(SC) was 1.45 mg/L.Compared with the control group, Quizalofop P ethyl·Benazolin had significant effects on the activities of EST and POD of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, and the effects differed with different exposure times. With the rising concentrations of drugs, the activities of two isozymes under 24 h increased, expressing their irritabilities; The highest concentration group under 48 h had the weakest activities, inhibiting the expression of enzyme; But the activities in each group under 96 h all enhanced slightly, showing their adaptabilities. |
