      2009年7月-2010年6月,采用bbe法和分光光度法对千岛湖3个采样点的叶绿素a进行了定量分析。全湖叶绿素a测定结果,分光光度法显著高于bbe法,二者存在极显著的相关关系,但个别数据差异较大。相同月份叶绿素a测定结果,叶绿素a的最大值、最小值都是出现在相同的月份,偏相关分析表明,2种方法测定的叶绿素a的月份变化较为一致。相同深度叶绿素a测定结果,2种方法测出叶绿素a的浓度在各采样点的垂直变化趋势一致。分光光度法与bbe法测定得到的叶绿素a含量显著相关,但后者比前者普遍偏小。分光光度法不适于河流等水体扰动较大和采样平台不稳定的水体环境。
英文摘要:
      From July 2009 to June 2010,we have analyzed the quantitative of chlorophyll a from three sampling sites in Qiandao Lake by bbe一FluoroProbe and spectrophotometry. The measuring result of chlorophyll a from the whole lake shows that significant correlation exists between bbe一FluoroProbe and spectrophotometry,and the individual data is quite different. The chlorophyll a is more by spectrophotometry than by bbe-FluoroProbe. The result of chlorophyll a measured in the same month shows that the maximum and minimum of chlorophyll a all have appeared in the same month. The partial correlation analysis shows that the month changes for measuring chlorophyll a by two ways are more consistent. By measuring chlorophyll a in the same water depth,the result shows that the vertical change trend of chlorophyll a concentration measured by two ways from each sampling site is consistent. The concentration of chlorophyll a,which is getting from spectrophotometry and bbe一FluoroProbe,is significant correlated,but the latter generally smaller that the former. Spectrophotometry is not suitable for aquatic environment with big water disturbance and unstable sapling flat.
