      2010年6月至2011年11月对长江泰州段的鱼类资源进行了调查,分析了鱼类群落组成、优势种和物种多样性指数。共监测到鱼类48种,隶属于11目、18科,其中鲤形目占总种数的62.5%,优势种有鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)、鲫(Carassius auratus)、歺鱼又(Hemiculter leucisculus)等。鱼类群落多样性特征平均值,Margalef指数R为3.999,Shannon-Wiener指数H’和H″分别为1.965和1.980,Pielou均匀度指数J’和J″分别为0.680和0.663。与同期江阴段、南京段相比,泰州段的Shannon-Wiener指数H’和H″显著高于南京段(P<0.05),丰富度指数R、均匀度指数J’和J″均与南京段无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著低于江阴段(P<0.05)。泰州段夏季鱼类种类最多,春、夏季的鱼类种类组成较接近。

      The fishery resources in the Taizhou section of Yangtze River were investigated from June 2010 to November 2011 .Analyses of species composition,dominant species and species diversity were carried out. 48 species of fishes belonging to 11 orders,18 families were collected and identified. Cypriniformes accounted for 62.5% of the total species. In addition,the data indicated that Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Carassius auratus,and Hemiculter Leucisculus were dominant species. The Margalef's index was 3.999,Shannon-Wiener diversity index H' and H" were respectively 1.965 and 1.980,Pielou'.s index J' and J" were respectively 0.680 and 0. 663. Shannon-Wiener diversity index H' and H" in the Taizhou section were higher than those in the Nanjing section(P<0.05). The differences of Margalef's index and Pielou's index between Taizhou section and Nanjing section were not significant(P>0.05). Margalef's index and Pielou's index in Jiangyin section were significantly higher than those in other two sections(P<0.05).The species number of fish captures in summer was the largest. Moreover, the species compositions in spring and in summer were similar.
