| 为了揭示寄生于额尔齐斯河银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)体内对盲囊线虫(Contracaecum sp.)的消长规律和变化趋势,研究对盲囊线虫可能对额尔齐斯河银鲫养殖造成的危害,为其人工饲养和疾病防治提供病原区系的基础资料。2009年4月至2010年1月分四季对额尔齐斯河(中国段)银鲫寄生虫进行了调查。按照鱼类寄生虫学调查方法,对银鲫感染的对盲囊线虫进行种群生态研究。结果显示,对盲囊线虫四季均有感染,春、冬季感染率分别为14.29%、19.67%,相对均较高;对盲囊线虫种群在不同季节宿主体内的空间分布均为聚集型,并且聚集强度随宿主体长和平均丰度的增加而增加。 |

| The aim of this study was to reveal the variation regularity and trend of Contracaecum sp. parasitized in Carassius auratus gibelio in Ergis River. This study could provide basic etiological data for culture and disease prevention of Carassius auratus gibelio in Ergis River. Four investigations of Carassius auratus gibelio parasites in Ergis River were seasonally performed from April 2009 to January 2010. Population ecology of Contracaecum sp. parasitized in Carassius auratus gibelio was studied. Results obtained here showed that : in each season，Carassius auratus gibelio could be infected by Contracaecum sp. ; the infection rates in spring and winter were respectively 14.29%and 19. 67%，which were relatively high ; the spatial pattern of Contracaecum sp. in every season was aggregated distribution and the aggregation intensity increased with host length and average abundance.
