      从患病黄颡鱼的心脏中分离到1株细菌GM2402,对该菌株进行分离培养、形态学观察、生理生化试验及16S rDNA序列分析并构建系统发育树。结果表明,菌株GM2402为革兰氏阴性杆菌,具动力性,V-P试验、水杨酸、过氧化氢酶、脲酶等阳性,不发酵鼠李糖、乳糖等,硫化氢、枸椽酸盐等阴性。16S rDNA序列长1417bp,GenBank中的登录号是JX101598,且与数据库中小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia enterocolitica)的相似性高达100%,系统进化树显示与小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌聚为一个分支。综合菌株GM2402的形态特征、生化特性及16S rDNA序列及系统进化的分析结果,表明菌株GM2402为小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌,从而为水生动物致病菌的分子鉴定积累了参考资料。

      It aimed to identification and phylogenetic analysis of Yersinia enterocolitica isolated from the heart of natural diseased Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. Bacteria Strain GM2402 was identified by morphologica characteristics, physiology and biochemistry experiments, as well as, sequence analysis of 16S rDNA genes and phylogenetic tree. The results showed that strain GM2402 was Gram-negative bacterium, the ability to movement and positive MR-VP, salicylic acid, Catalase, urease, et al, but negative L-rhamnose, Galactose, H2S and citrate salt, et al. 16S rDNA sequence of strain GM2402 was 1417bp and accession number was JX101598. The isolated strain shared 100% identity with Y.enterocolitica strains from GenBank database. Phylogenetic tree demonstrated that strain GM2402 was gathered into one cluster with Y. enterocolitica. All of them proved that strain GM2402 was Y. enterocolitica. It will benefit the identification of Y. enterocolitica in aquatic animals.
