      根据2010年9月大渡河河口浮游植物与水环境的调查,分析了大渡河河口浮游植物的分布特征及其与水环境指标的关系。结果表明:2010年秋季共鉴定浮游植物6门61属127种,优势种为变异直链藻、钝脆杆藻、尖针杆藻、缢缩异极藻、小颤藻等;浮游植物丰度变化范围为102960~290160 ind./L,生物量变化范围为0.0772~1.9717mg/L。聚类分析表明大渡河河口河道生境分为5个类型,浮游植物种类组成、现存量的分布与生境类型关系密切,但浮游植物与水质因子相关关系不显著。

      The data obtained in the Dadu River Estuary during Sep.in 2010 were analyzed for understanding the distribution features of phytoplankton and its relations with the environmental factors.Total 6 phylum,61 genera and 127 species of phytoplankton were identified.The main species are Melosira varians,Fragilaria capucina,Synedra acus,Gomphonema constrictum,and Oscillatoria tenuis.The phytoplankton abundance ranged from 102960 to 290160 ind./L,and the phytoplankton biomass ranged from 0.0772 to 1.9717mg/L.According to cluster analysis,the habitat of Dadu River Estuary were divided into 5 categories.The phytoplankton species composition and biomass distribution had close relationship with the habitat type.But the phytoplankton and water quality factors had no significant relationship.
