进行了除草剂对百草枯对尖膀胱螺(Physa acuta)成体及其胚胎各发育期(囊胚期、担轮幼虫期、面盘幼虫期和仔螺孵化期)的急性毒性实验。结果显示:百草枯对尖膀胱螺成体72和96 h LC50分别为2.53和1.41 mg/L;对尖膀胱螺胚胎各个时期(囊胚期、担轮幼虫期、面盘幼虫期和仔螺孵化期)72 h LC50分别为2.63、2.45、2.07、1.53 mg/L,96 h LC50分别为1.63、1.41、1.25、0.6 mg/L。结果表明,百草枯对尖膀胱螺成体及其胚胎各发育期均有一定的毒性效应,胚胎比成体敏感。百草枯对胚胎各发育期的毒性也不同,另外,随着染毒时间的延长,胚胎敏感性逐渐增强。研究表明当百草枯进入水生态系统时有可能对尖膀胱螺及其种群稳定造成影响。 |

The present study aims to determine the acute toxicity of the herbicide paraquat on the snail Physa acuta and their embryonic development. The result shows:the median lethal concentration(LC50)of paraquat adult was found 2.53 mg/L to 72h,1.41 mg/L to 96h ; the LC50 of paraquat to embryonic periods (blastula、trochophore、veliger and hatching stage) 72 h LC50 were 2.63、2.45、 2.07、1.53 mg/L, 96 h LC50 were 1.63、1.41、1.25、0.6 mg/L. The results indicate that paraquat has toxicity to Physa acuta and their embryos and the embryo is more sensitive than adults. The embryonic toxicity of paraquat on snail embryos is dose-dependent and developmental-stage sensitive. This study suggests paraquat may be harmful to snail and their population when paraquat get into the aquatic ecosystem. |
