      作为太湖流域内重要的大型水库,横山水库在流域防洪抗灾和保障宜兴市饮用水安全方面起着重要的作用。本文分析了2010-2011年间不同季节横山水库浮游植物群落结构变化特征。四个季节共采集到90种浮游植物,蓝藻和硅藻在横山水库浮游植物季节性演替中扮演着重要角色。在太湖流域首次发现拟柱胞藻(Cylindrospermopsis sp.),夏季在水库成为优势种并引起水华,密度可以达到1.01×108 个/升。近年来,横山水库富营养化日趋严重,为拟柱胞藻水华奠定了基础。作为生态入侵种,拟柱胞藻可以产生毒素,从而危害生态系统和人体健康。应加强监测和流域综合管理防止拟柱胞藻水华扩散到流域内其它大型水库。
英文摘要:
       As a large reservoir in Taihu basin, Hengshan reservoir plays an important part in flood control and drinking water safety of Yixing city. Seasonal variation of phytoplankton assemblages were investigated between 2010 and 2010. 90 taxa were identified and most of them belong to blue-green algae and diatom. Cylindrospermopsis sp. was first time found in Taihu basin, which could induced algal bloom in summer with the density reach to 1.01×108 cell/L. Recently, more and more pollutants flowed into Hengshan reservoir, which lay the foundation for Cylindrospermopsis bloom. Cylindrospermopsis is an invasive cyanobacterium and could produce several toxins, endangering ecological system equilibrium and public healthy. It was suggested that regulated the nutrients concentrations and water level or hydraulic retention time in Hengshan reservoir was a good way to control Cylindrospermopsis bloom expansion. Meanwhile, we should increase monitoring frequency and strengthen management in order to prevent it invading other large reservoirs of Taihu basin.
