为了估测8-羟基喹啉的环境毒性,以锦鲤(Cryprinus carpiod)为试验动物,进行8-羟基喹啉对其急性毒性、遗传毒性和生理毒性试验,研究其对锦鲤的半致死浓度、红细胞DNA损伤大小及对其肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性的影响。结果表明,微核率与处理时间和浓度呈正相关,而酶活性则与处理时间和浓度呈负相关,8-羟基喹啉对锦鲤具有明显的毒性,能诱发锦鲤红细胞微核率的增加,降低其肝组织中GPT和GOT的活性。8-羟基喹啉对水生生物具有较强的毒性,表现出明显的时间-剂量效应。 |

The purpose was to evaluate the environmental toxicity of 8-hydroxypuinoline. With Cryprinus carpiod tested animal,experiments on the acute toxicity,genetic toxicity and physiology toxicity of 8-hydroxypuinoline were performed to survey the LCS50 of 8-hydroxypuinoline(8一HQ ) to C. carpiod,the genetic damage of 8-HQ to the erythrocyte and the effect of 8-HQ to the activity of GPT and GOT in liver tissue of C. carpiod. Results indicated that 8-HQ had obvious toxicity to C. carpiod and it could increase the rates of C. carpiod erythrocyte micronucleus andde clined the activities of GPT and GOT in liver tissue of C. carpiod significantly,and more specifically,the rates of C. carpiod micronucleus manifested positive correlation to the test time and test dose of 8一HQ,while the activity of GPT and GOT in liver tissue of C. carpiod was negative correlated to the test time and test dose of 8-HQ. 8 -HQ had a strong toxicity effect on aquatic creatures and showed a significant time-dose effect. |
