      分别用形态学和分子标记(ITS序列)方法对一株可保持稳定群体状态的微囊藻(Microcystis)进行了鉴定,发现该菌株为蓝藻水华常见种类铜绿微囊藻(M.aeruginosa)。采用紫外线、Cu2+和放线菌发酵产物3种常见杀藻方式对不同表型微囊藻作用时发现,杀灭群体微囊藻所需要的杀藻剂剂量更大,作用时间更长。结果显示,在环境胁迫条件下,该菌株(群体株)比M.aeruginosa PCC7806(单细胞株)具有更强的环境适应能力,也提示在微囊藻水华的控制中,杀藻剂所用剂量和作用时间也应考虑微囊藻的表型。
英文摘要:
      A Microcystis strain maintaining stable colony phenotype under laboratory-culture conditions were identified by morphological and molecular marker-based method(ITS sequence).The results indicated that the strain was M. aeruginosa commonly seen in cyanobacterial bloom. The effect of three algicidal treatment,namely UV irradiation,Cu2+,active product of actinomycetes NT0401 fermented,nn different phenotypes of Microcystis were studied,which indicated that colonial Microcystis needed larger dosage of algaecide and longer response time. The results showed under the environmental stress,the chosen Microcystis strain(colonial strain ) had greater environmental adaptation than M. aeruginosa PCC7806(unicellular strain),and that in the control of water bloom by Microcystic,the dosage and action time of algaecides should be related to phenotypes of Microcystis.
