      为筛选适应畜禽养殖废水处理的人工湿地新物种,丰富湿地植物库,选择滴水观音(Alocasiamacrorhiza)、花叶万年青(Dieffenbachiapicta)、马蹄莲(Zantedeschiaaethiopica)、绿萝(Scindapsusaureum)、白掌(Spathiphyllumflor ibundum‘Clevelandii’)共5种观赏植物进行水培试验。筛选试验表明,所有供试植物均表现出较强的净化能力,对中等浓度畜禽养殖废水(CODCr在150~180mg/L)TP、TN的净化率均在90%以上,但从耐污力、生物量、根系生长情况、经济性、管理难易性方面综合评定,滴水观音、马蹄莲可作人工湿地植物,尤其是滴水观音表现出较强的环境适应能力,并且生物量较大,是一种值得推荐的湿地植物。
英文摘要:
      In order to select new artificial wetland plants adapting to treat livestock and poultry wastewater and enrich wetland plant library , five ornamental plants such as Alocasia macrorhiza,Dieffenbachia picta,Zantedeschia aethiopica,Scindapsus aureum and Spathiphyllum floribundum‘Clevelaudii’were selected for solution culture test.The selecting test result showed that all testing plants had strong purifying ability,and the purifying rate of TP and TN both reached above 90% with moderate concentration(CODCr, between 150 mg/L and 180 mg/L).But Comprehensive assessment from stain resistance,biomass,root growth , economy and management showed that Alocasia macrorhiza and Zantedeschia aethiopica were suitable for artificial wetland. Especially, Alocasia macrorhiza showed stronger adaptability to environment and had bigger biomass. So, it was a recommentable new wetland plant.
