| Using the urban water environment and urban landscape planning of Shandong Wucheng project as example，this essay researches the integrated planning strategy of urban water environment and urban landscape .It was proposed that in the planning of water environment in urban area，one must fully consider urban use and landscape，thereby，forming the coherent water system that including the river , lake and city. It was very important to create high quality of urban space and urban ecological landscape through the integration of city riverside space. The essay also points out that the combination of water environment; landscape planning and regional culture was an effective way to embody the city characteristic. The planning and design which respects the water environment’s natural processes was an effective method to create the city’s natural and ecological landscape.
