采用巢式设计和人工授精技术,建立了48个泥鳅(Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)全同胞家系,对不同家系子代鱼种早期阶段6个月的生长进行了测量。方差分析与多重比较结果显示,不同家系的子代在生长性能上差异极显著。其中,F3、F6、F22和F46等家系全长增长较快,6月龄全长分别为9.03、9.07、9.23和915cm,与其它家系相比优势显著(P<0.05);F1、F6、F22、F46和F50等家系体重的增长速度较快,6月龄体重分别为378、374、3.85、3.87和3.59g,与其它家系相比差异显著(P<0.05)。由此推定F6、F22、F46等家系为优秀家系,可作为进一步遗传选育的基础群体。

According to the nest design,forty eight full-sib families of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were obtained by artificial fertilization. The growth of fingerlings was measured during 6 months,and was analyzed by analysis of variance and multiple comparisons. The result showed that the differences among growth performances of the progeny of different families were extremely significant. F3,F6,F22 and F46 families with the average full length of 9. 03,9.07,9. 23 and 9. 15 cm respectively at 6 months grew faster than other families significantly(P<0.05).F1,F6,F22,F46 and F50 families with the average weight of 3. 78,3. 74,3.85,3.87 and 3.59g respectively at 6 months grew faster than other families significantly ( P<0.05).It was considered that F6,F22 and F46 families were of excellent pedigree,and could be used as the basis populations for further genetic selection.
