      选择12种有抑菌作用的中药有效成分,采用平板挖洞法对3种水产常见致病菌做药物敏感试验,然后采用二倍稀释法测定各中药有效成分对3种致病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明:12种中药有效成分对3株细菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,其中没食子酸、槲皮素、黄岑苷、大黄酸、盐酸小檗碱、大黄素甲醚对温和气单胞菌抑制效果最好,没食子酸、槲皮素对温和气单胞菌MIC、MBC最小,MIC为0.03125mg/mL, MBC为0.0625mg/mL;大黄素甲醚、没食子酸、甘草酸、槲皮素对嗜水气单胞菌抑制效果最好,大黄素甲醚、没食子酸、甘草酸对嗜水气单胞菌MIC、MBC最小,MIC为0.03125mg/mL,MBC为0.0625mg/mL;大黄素甲醚、甘草酸、没食子酸、盐酸小檗碱对变形杆菌抑制效果为最好,没食子酸,大黄素甲醚、甘草酸对变形杆菌 MIC、MBC均最小,MIC为0.03125mg/mL,MBC为0.0625mg/mL。

      Sensitive test of these bacteria were carried out by disk diffusion method. Then double dilution method was used for MIC and MBC test. The results showed that the compositions of 12 Chinese herbs active ingredient can inhibit the growth of 3 bacteria in different levels,garlic acid,quercetin,baicalin,chrysophanic,berberine acid and rheochrysidin had the best effects on Aeromonas sobria,garlic acid and quercetin had the smallest MIC,MBC,MIC 0. 03125 mg/mL,MBC 0.0625 mg/mL; Rheochrysidin,garlic acid,glycyrrhizi cacid and quercetin had the best effects on Aeromonas hydrophila, rheochrysidin,garlic acid,glycyrrhizic acid had the smallest MIC,MBC,MIC0.03125 mg/mL,MBC 0. 0625 mg/mL; Physcion,Rheochrysidin,Glycyrrhizic acid,garlic acid and berberine acid had the best effects on Proteus vulgaris,rheochrysidin,Glycyrrhizic acid had the smallest MIC,MBC,MIC 0.03125 mg/mL,MBC 0.0625 mg/mL.
