       试验研究了不同光照强度对半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossussemilaevis)血液指标的影响。设置6个光照强度梯度,分别为正常养殖组(光照强度10~30lx,光周期为6L∶18D)、0、150、600、1300和2000lx组,光照周期为12L∶ 12D。在试验的第0、24、48、96和192h取血,检测血浆中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)、溶菌酶(LZM)、血糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、丙 氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨基转移酶(AST)等指标。结果显示,光照强度为600、1300、2000lx组SOD、CAT、GSH在胁迫24h后降至最低,随后逐渐上升;MDA含量在胁迫48h后升至最高并与0h组差异显著(P<005),随后逐渐上升与初始值接近。光照强度为0、150、600lx组LZM活力在胁迫48h后最低并与0h组差异显著(P<005)。0、150lx组A/G值在试验期间与0h组差异显著(P<005)。Glu、TG、CHO浓度在试验期间有波动,但差异不显著(P>005)。150、600、1300、2000lx组在胁迫24h后的ALT活力与0h组差异显著(P<005),并维持较高水平。150、600、1300、2000lx组在胁迫24h后的AST活力与0h组差异显著(P<0.05),150、600、1300lx组在试验期间恢复为初始水平,而2000lx组仍维持较高水平。

      The experiment studied the effects of light intensity on blood parameters in half-smooth tongue-sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis.The light intensity were chosen as follows: normal cultured group(light intensity is 10-30 lx, 6L: 18D),0,150,600,1 300 and 2 000 lx,the photoperiod was set to 12L: 12D cycle. Samples were taken at 0, 24 , 48 , 96 and 192 h,superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),reduced glutathione(GSH), albumin/globulin ratio(A/G),lysozyme (LZM),glucose(Glu),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHO),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST ) in plasma were asrayed. The results showed that: at 600,1 300 and 2 000 lx light intensity,SOD,CAT,GSH decreased to trough at 24 h,and increased afterwards; MDA reached peak at 48 h after stress,and showed significant differences with that of 0 h ( P<0.05),then increased and restored to initial level. When light intensity were 0,150 , 600 lx,LZM reached trough at 48 h after stress,and showed significant differences with that of 0 h ( P<0.05).The treatments of 0 and 150 lx,there was significant difference with A/G of 0 h ( P<0.05).There was fluctuation in TG,Glu and CHO,but there was no significant differences with that of 0 h respectively(P>0.05).At light intensity of 150,600,1 300 and 2 000 lx,ALT showed significant differences to that of 0 h and maintained at a higher level. At 150,600,1 300,2 000 lx,AST of 24 h showed significant differences to that of 0 h(P<0.05)and 150,600,1 300lx restored to initial level,but 2 000 lx maintained at a higher level.
