| 在武汉上涉湖湿地自然保护区生物多样性资源现状的基础上，根据保护区规划原则和指导思想对保护区进行了规划，将保护区划分为核心区—保护湿地生态系统自然状态下演替和繁衍；缓冲区—管理和控制不良因素对核心区的影响；实验区—小规模配套保护建设，明确了各功能分区的主要任务。介绍了基础设施项目布局，对保护区如何开发利用提出了利用原则和措施并就此进行了讨论。 |

| Based on the status quo of biodiversity resources in the wetland nature reserve of the Shangshe Lake region of Wuhan City, and planning and guiding principle of the nature reserve, a planning was programmed that divided the whole reserve area into a core area: ensuring the natural succession and multiplication of wetland ecological system, a buffer area implementing: management and control of the impact of negative factors on the core area, and an experimental area: small-scale construction of supporting protection facilities. Main objectives of the different functional partitions were clarified. An overall arrangement of infrastructure projects was addressed, and utilization principles and measures, in the meantime, were put forward on developing and utilizing the Shangshe Lake nature reserve. |
