| ２００６～２００８年对中国境内额尔齐斯河流域鱼类物种资源进行调查研究，分析了其干流和７条主要支流鱼类物种β多样性。调查表明，额尔齐斯河流域（中国境内）现有鱼类３６（亚种）种，隶属于６目、１２科、３０属；其中，土著鱼类２３（亚种）种，引进鱼类１3种。人类活动、水利工程、渔业资源过度利用等因素导致流域片段化，鱼类洄游阻隔、产卵场缩减、生境破碎和水文情势等改变，渔获物组成演替明显，鱼类种群数量下降明显，土著鱼类个体
小型化，鱼类资源面临衰竭；西伯利亚鲟、小体鲟面临濒危，北鲑面临灭绝。提出保护额尔齐斯河流域鱼类物种多样性和生态环境的补偿措施。

| The fish species resource was investigated in Ertix river basin in China from 2006 to 2008.The results showed that 36 fish species or subspecies belonging to 6 orders，12 families and 30 genera were collected in Ertix river basin in China. Among the total fishes，23 species or subspecies were native species and the others were introduced species. The distribution of fishes and fish species βdiversity were make clearly in the main stream of Ertix river basin and 7 main tributary. The investigation indicated many reasons such as mortal activity，power dam，excessive catch，and so on lead to river fragmentation，separating of fishes migration，diminishing of spawning sites and change of hydrological characteristics. All of these would also caused obvious succession of catch composition，decreasing of fish populations，individual miniaturization of native fishes and exhaustion of fisheries resource. At present Acipenser baeri Brandt and A. ruthenus Linnaeus were facing with danger and Stencdus Leucichthys nelma Pallas was facing with extinction. In order to protect fish species diversity and ecological environment in Ertix river basin in China，some applicable countermeasures were put forward.
