       2008年3月~2009年1月,对大洪湖上、中、下游3个点的浮游生物组成和生物量以及氮、磷含量进行了2月1次的监测。水质检测数据显示大洪湖水体水质在Ⅳ类~Ⅴ类;富营养化程度较为严重,主要富营养化物质是氮,氮的富营养化评价指数冬季高于夏季。大洪湖的氮、磷等富营养化物质主要来源于上游水源,网箱养鱼产生的沉积物对大洪湖下游水体中的磷含量有较大的贡献,夏季和冬季分别占下游水体总磷量的87.2%和62.5%。目前,大洪湖实施的生态渔业具有一定的生态环保功能。大洪湖的水体自净作用使水体中的总氮下降了27.9%~59.2%,总磷下降了10.0% ~56.9%,浮游植物的生物多样性指数也有所提高。
英文摘要:
      Monitoring on plankton,Nitrogen and Phosphorus was conducted for the upstream,midstream,and downstream once two months in Dahonghu Lake from March in 2008 to January in 2009. As it was revealed in the investigation Batas of the water quality in Dahonghu Lake,the eutrophication degree was rather serious,which was higher in winter than that in summer, and fluctuated between class Ⅳand class V .The main eutrophication substance was Nitrogen. The sediment produced by cage-culture did a greater contribution to the Phosphorus concentration in the downstream of Dahonghu Lake,and accounted for 87.2% of the TP in summer and 62.5% in winter respectively. The Eutrophication substances,such as N and P, were mainly from the upstream. At present,the sell-purification of the Dahonghu Lake had effectively declined the concentration of TN and TP,27 . 9%-59.2% for TN and 10. 0%-56.9 % for TP , while the phytoplankton biodiversity was enhanced,indicating that the eco-fisheries in Dahonghu Lake met the requirements of eco-friendly features.
