报道了细鳞鲴(Xenocypris microlepis)繁殖生物学的初步调查研究。细鳞鲴雌雄个体在繁殖季节的显著特征是有无“珠星”。繁殖季节雄雌性比为1.55:1,最小性成熟年龄为2龄,繁殖群体主要由2、3龄组成。细鳞鲴的绝对繁殖力F为8247粒至157899粒,平均78629.3粒。体重相对繁殖力FW为 95-487粒,体长相对繁殖力FL为894-5110粒,平均相对繁殖力FW为225.8 ±58.32粒、FL为 2738.4±135.53 粒。其绝对繁殖力F随体长(L)、体重(W)、空壳重(W0)、性腺重(Wx)的增加而增加,对相对繁殖力FL和FW影响较大的分别是性腺重(Wx)和性成熟系数GSI。 |

The investigation data of reproduction biology of Xenocypris microlepis in Daoguanhe Reservoir is introduced. The obvious feature was the appearance of nuptial organs for males during reproduction periods. Male to female ratio was about 1.55 to 1 at that time. Spawning stocks involved four age groups, and main individuals were two to three years old, occupying about 84.97% of the whole. The minimum mature age was 2 both for males and females. The absolute fecundity (F)ranged from 8247 to 157899 eggs with an average of 78629.3 eggs. The relative fecundity to weight (FW) ranged from 95 to 487 eggs with an average of 225.8 eggs, and that to length (FL) ranged from 894 to 5110 eggs with an average of 2738.4 eggs. The results of correlation analysis indicated that fecundity of the fish could be fluctuated primarily by variations of body length, body weight, net weight, gonad mass and GSI. |
