      研究了孵化水温对青鱂(Oryzias latipes)胚胎发育的影响。结果表明,在19.69~36.03℃范围内,青鱂胚胎都能孵化出仔鱼,孵化时间随水温上升而缩短。26.03~33.90℃是其胚胎发育的最适温度;其中,在27.58℃孵化率最高,达到83%,仔鱼成活率达到90.9%。当水温低于17.64℃,青鱂胚胎发育极其缓慢,至47d只有1尾仔鱼孵出;当水温高于38.67℃,其胚胎不能孵出仔鱼。青鱂胚胎发育的理论有效积温为112.62℃.d,发育阈温度为17.55℃。
英文摘要:
      This paper depicted the effect of temperature on the embryonic development of Medaka(Oryzias latipes). The experimental result showed that the embryo could be hatched out at the temperature range of 19.69~36.03℃. With rising of the water temperature the time of the hatching was shorten. The most proper water temperature was at 26.03~33.90℃. The rate of hatching at 27.58℃ was achieved 83% , the survival rates of larvae was 90.9% .When the water temperature below 17.64℃, the embryo developed very slowly, only 1 larvae was hatched out. However, the embryos were all dead before hatching at temperature over 38.67℃.The academic accumulative temperature was 112.62℃.d and the developmental threshold temperature was 17.55℃.
