根据长江口及邻近南黄海水域多个站位中不同体长小黄鱼(Pseudosciaena polyactis )与皮氏叫姑鱼(Johnius belengerii )及其饵料的碳氮稳定同位素比值,研究了两者的主要食物组成及竞争策略。结果表明:(1)红狼牙!虎鱼(Odontamblyopus rubicundus)、六丝矛尾!虎鱼(Chaeturichthys hexanema)、中华栉孔!虎鱼(Ctenotrypauchen chinensisy)、龙头鱼(Harpadon neheruus)葛氏长臂虾(Palaemon gravieri)、口虾蛄(Squilla oratoria)6种生物饵料为两者的优选食物;(2)小黄鱼与皮氏叫姑鱼的体长与碳氮稳定同位素比值间无显著相关性(P>0.05);(3)小黄鱼、皮氏叫姑鱼及其一些生物饵料的碳氮稳定同位素比值存在站位间的极显著差异(P<0.01);(4)2种鱼采取了栖息地与食物分化的摄食策略来缓和食物竞争。

Stable isotopes have been used in many research areas as natural labels, and are becoming the more appropriate option for the aquatic ecological studies. An organism's stable isotope ratios (δ^15N and δ^13C etc) are an integration of the isotopic signatures of preys that have been assimilated through time, the organism will come into isotopic equilibrium with its diets depending on growth and tissue turnover rates, the ratios can change with different food, are good labels of organism living conditions. According to the stable isotope ratio of an organism and preys, we can judge their food composition. Through determining the carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of the different stations and different body length of Pseudosciaena polyactis and Johnius belengerii and their preys, we found that Odontamblyopus rubicundus, Chaeturichthys hexanema, Ctenotrypauchen chinensis, Harpadon nehereus, Palaemort gravieri and Squilla oratoria were the better preys than others for Pseudosciaena polyactis and Johnius belengerii. The carbon or nitrogen stable isotope ratios of Pseudosciaena polyactis. Johnius belengerii or some species of preys among different stations had significant difference. From theses results, we speculated that Pseudosciaena polyactis and Johnius belengerii had different habitat and feeding habit, Pseudosciaena polyactis had smaller habitat than Johnius belengerii, and fed on fishes mostly, while Johnius belengerii swim longer distance to look for preys, mostly be crustacea, in order to mitigate the food competition with Johnius belengerii.[著者文摘] |
