以最小杀菌浓度为评价指标,对中草药五倍子、诃子有效成分最佳提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明,五倍子有效成分最佳提取工艺为:温度100℃,提取次数2次,时间2h,加水量15倍;诃子有效成分最佳提取工艺为:温度100℃,提取次数2次,提取时间1.5h,加水量20倍。

Using the minimal inhibitory concentration as main parameter, this paper studied the extraction process of the effective ingredients from two kinds of Chinese herbs : Galla chinesis and Terminalia chebula. The optimal extraction parameters for Calla chinesis were obtained as followed: extraction temperature 100℃, extraction times 2, extraction time 2 h and the ratio of water to herb was 20: 1. The optimal extraction parameters for Terminalia chebula were obtained as followed: temperature 100℃, extraction times 2 ,extraction time 1.5 h and the ratio of water to herb 15: 1. |
