      采用室内暴露试验方法,研究不同浓度的重金属铅(Pb)随时间的变化在鲫鳃、肝脏、肾脏和肌肉等组织中的积累特性。结果表明,铅在鲫鳃、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉中的积累量均随暴露时间延长而增加,但增加速率不同,鳃铅积累量与时间的拟合曲线在0.5mg/L时呈对数关系,其它浓度呈线性关系;不同暴露浓度下,肝脏和肾脏中铅积累速度均由慢到快,积累量与暴露时间拟合曲线呈线性关系;肌肉铅的积累速度由快到慢,且积累量与暴露时间拟合曲线呈对数关系;鲫体各部位对铅的积累能力为:肝脏>肾脏>鳃>肌肉。
英文摘要:
      The accumulation characteristics of plumbum in gills,liver, kidney, muscle of fish Carassius auratus were studied by exposing the fish to plumbum with diferent concentrations using half static state method. The dynamic relationship between accumulation of plumbum in tissues and exposure time was revealed by fitting the experimental resuhs. The results showed that the accumulation of plumbum in fish tissues increased with the increase of exposure time, but the increasing rate is different. The fitting was logarithmic when exposing in 0.5 mg/L, and the other were linear. The accumulation rate of plumbum in liver and kidney were becoming fast with the exposing time, and the fitting was linear. But the accumulation rate of plumbum in muscle was becoming slow with the exposing time. The accumulating ability of diferent organs was in the order of liver 〉 kidney 〉 gill 〉 muscle.
