      探索研究了斑点叉尾!(Ictaluruspunctatus)的早期生活史及其发育生物学。运用解剖镜观察、记录、测量、描述、绘图等方法,连续观察了6个批次斑点叉尾!的胚胎及卵黄囊期仔鱼发育情况。结果表明:(1)在水温23~25℃时,斑点叉尾!胚胎期约需186h,有效积温4490~4610℃·h;水温24~27℃时,斑点叉尾!卵黄囊期约需6d,有效积温3620~3710℃·h。(2)斑点叉尾!胚胎在出膜之前可见血液循环、胸鳍突起、眼球色素、直肠和肛门,卵黄囊耗尽期时各鳍鳍条明显且尾鳍已分叉。(3)斑点叉尾!胚胎发育的温度上限是28~29℃。
英文摘要:
      In the present studies, By the early life history and development biology of channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus). Using methods of observing in anatomical microscope, measuring, describing and drawing figures, the development of embryo and yolk-sac stage larva of channel catfish were studied. Results: (1) At 23 -25℃, it needed about 186 h from fertilizing to hatching stage, and the accumulative temperature of 4 490 -4 610℃ • h was necessary. At 24 -27℃, it needed about 6d from hatching stage to yolk-sac absorbed stage, and the accumulative temperature of 3 620 -3 710℃ ~ h was also necessary. (2) Blood circulation, pectoral fin, eye pigment, intestine and anal appeared orderly before hatching stage. Fin-rays of all fins and fork of caudal fin could be seen obviously in yolk-sac absorbed stage. (3) The upper limit temperature for embryonic development was 28 -29℃.
