The main objective of this study is to investigate the biotoxic effect of heavy metals [ copper (Cu^2+ ) , cadmium (Cd^2+) ,zinc (Zn^2+) ]in cruciart[Carassius auratus of Penze( ♀ ) x Cyprinusa cutidorsalis( ♂ )]. Crucian as experimental creature, We employed HClO4 -HNO3 Digestion method and flame atomicabsorption spectro- photometry method to study the acute toxicity and subacute toxicity as well as secure concentrations of heavy metals to crucian. The results show that the LC50 of Cu^2+ ,Cd^2+ to crucian is respectively 0. 1597,0. 0774,0.0515,0.0393 mg/L and 9. 704,7. 781,6. 648,5. 756 mg/L in 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h, secure concentration were respectively 0. 004 and 0. 58 mg/L, the LC50 of Zn^2+ to crucian is respectively 32.793,26. 596,21. 254,17. 234 mg/L in 24 h, 48 h,72 h,96 h, secure concentration is 1.72mg/L,the toxicity series is Cu^2+ 〉 Cd^2+ 〉 Zn^2+. Cu^2+ is virulent to crucian, Cd^2+is toxic material and Zn^2+ is inferior toxicity, the tolerance of crucian to Cu^2+ is lower and it is superior to Cd^2+ and Zn^2+. |
