中文摘要:

选用８种中草药（陈皮、桂皮、薄荷、山楂、黄柏、白芷、小茴香、肉蔻）作为诱食剂，采用行为学的方法，记录实验鱼进入有效区的次数，分析不同中草药对苏氏芒鲶的诱食作用。结果表明，薄荷、山楂、小茴香对芒鲶均有显著的引诱作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）；陈皮、肉蔻对芒鲶的引诱作用不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）；桂皮、白芷、黄柏对芒鲶有抑制作用（Ｐ＞０．０５）。为苏氏芒鲶的高效全价配合饲料的研制提供了实验依据。

英文摘要:

The behavioral responses of italies （The times of the experiment fish enter the effective area） to eight chinese herbal medicines were recorded through ethology method. The results showed that mint, hawthorn, and fennel had significant feeding attraction for pangasius sutchi （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Tangerine peel and Cinnamon showed feeding attraction to pangasius sutchi but the difference was not significant（P 〉 0.05）. Cassia, Angelica and phellodendron have inhibition and the difference was not significant either（P 〉 0. 05）. Thus experiment provided the basis for the development of high efficient feed for pangasius sutchi.
