      塞内加尔鳎分布于地中海和大西洋南部沿岸, 是一种优质养殖鱼类。我国于2005年引进, 到目前为止, 仅有小规模的养殖。本文介绍了塞内加尔鳎仔、稚鱼对蛋白质、氨基酸和脂肪酸的营养生理研究成果。主要包括大豆浓缩蛋白和花生四烯酸对塞内加尔鳎仔、稚鱼生长及生理的影响以及添加氨基酸、改变非蛋白能量水平、调节蛋白质和脂类比例对其营养生理的影响。研究结果表明: 大豆浓缩蛋白可部分替代鱼粉投喂塞内加尔鳎后期幼体, 对其生长没有显著影响, 但要先消除抗营养因子的作用; 氨基酸的添加可影响氨基酸代谢, 从而影响塞内加尔鳎后期幼体的生长。幼体饵料中添加的氨基酸种类应该和限制性氨基酸相一致; 塞内加尔鳎幼体的生长和存活不依赖于饲料中花生四烯酸的浓度, 但对色素沉着有影响。
英文摘要:
      Senegalese sole distributed in Mediterranean Sea and south of coastal Atlantic belongs to a high grade rearing fish. It was introduced into China 2005. So far there was a low scale rearing of Senegalese sole. The nutritional physiology of larvae and juvenile of Senegalese sole for protein, amino acid and fatty acid was studied. The results showed that fish meal (FM)could be substituted partially by soy protein concentrate (SPC) in the diet for post larva of Senegalese sole without significant effect on the growth , but the antinutritional factors should removed . There were effects on amino acid (AA) metabolism for added AA in diets, sequentially affected post larvae of Senegalese sole. AA added species should be consistent with limiting AA. Growth and survival of Senegalese sole was independent of concentration of arachidonic acid (ARA) in diets, but there were affects on pigmentation.
