通过野外现场调查,研究东苕溪中下游内河航运对鱼类多样性的影响。逐步回归分析结果显示,水体的浊度与船舶航运频率呈显著正相关;浊度与8种小型鱼类-彩鱊(Acheilognathus imberbis)、越南鱊(Acheilognathus tonkinensis)、方氏鳑鲏(Rhodeus fangi)、中华鳑鲏(Rhodeus sinensis)、高体鳑鲏(Rhodeus ocellatus)、餐(Hemiculter eucisculus)、食蚊鱼(Gambusia affinis)、子陵吻虾虎鱼(Rhinogobius giurinus)个体数呈显著负相关性(P<0.05);浊度与6种个体略大的鱼类-翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus)、红鳍鲌(Chanodichthys thropterus)、油餐Hemiculter lucidus)、鲫(Carassius auratus)、麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva)和间下鱵(Hyporhamphus intermedius)个体数负相关,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。广义线性模型显示,物种丰度和Shannon Wiener多样性指数与水体浊度及人工护岸呈显著负相关;物种个体数与水体浊度、人工护岸结构及水深呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。浊度与鱼类体重关系的回归模型显示,浊度与平均体重和最小体重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而浊度与最大体重无显著相关性(P>0.05)。研究表明,东苕溪中下游的内河航运可导致水体浊度增大,进而危害鱼类,其中对小型鱼类或幼鱼的危害更大。 |

The research of effect of inland navigation on fish diversity was studies by investigating the wild field, where was in the middle lower reaches of East Tiaoxi River. By a multiple regression model with the stepwise method, the analysis result showed that the water turbility was positively correlated with navigation requency, and it also showed that the negative effect of turbid water was especially iderable for fish of smaller size (P<0.05), such as cheilongnathus imberbis, Acheilongnathus tonkinensis, Rhodeus fangi, Rhodeus ocellatus, Rhodeus sinensis, Hemiculter isculus Rhinogobius giurinus and Gambusia affinis. Otherwise, six fish were negative related to turbidity insignificantly, such as Culter alburnus, Chanodichthys erythropterus, Hemiculter lucidus, Carassius auratus, Pseudirasbora parva and Hyporhamphus intermedius, but there were no significant difference (P>0.05). The results of generalize linear model showed that species richness and Shannon Wiener index were negatively correlated with turbidity and presence of artificial shore embankment structures, while individual number of species was negatively correlated with turbidity, water depth and presence of artificial shore embankment structures (P<0.05). The regressin model showed that turbidity was positively related to average weight and minimum weight significantly (P<0.05), whereas it was not related to maximum weight (P>0.05). Therefore, navigation would pose negative effects on fish diversity significantly in the middle lower reaches of the East Tiaoxi River, especially for young or small fish. |
