      水温20~28℃,测定河鲈(Perca fluviatilus)鱼苗(全长7.25Cnl,平均体重5.294g)的耗氧率、耗氧量和窒息点。结果表明,河鲈鱼苗的耐低氧能力较弱,其平均窒息点为1.332mg/L;耗氧率呈明显的昼夜变化,平均耗氧率为0.622mg/g•h。耗氧率高峰出现在5:00和23:00。水温对河鲈鱼苗的耗氧率和窒息点均有显著影响。
英文摘要:
      Oxygen consumption, oxygen consumption rate and asphyxia point of Perca fluviatilus fry, with an average total length of 7.25 cm and average body-weight of 5. 294 g, were tested at the temperature of 20 - 28 ℃. The hypoxia endurance of P. fluviatihts fry was comparitively limited. The average asphyxia point was 1. 332 mg/L. The oxygen consumption rate, with a mean value of 0. 622 mg/g . h, fluctuated with a diurnal rhythm, which the peak occurred at 5:00 and 23: 00. Different water temperature had an obvious influence on oxygen consumption rate and asphyxia point of P. fluviatilus fry.
