| 水温20～28℃，测定河鲈（Perca fluviatilus）鱼苗（全长7．25Cnl，平均体重5．294g）的耗氧率、耗氧量和窒息点。结果表明，河鲈鱼苗的耐低氧能力较弱，其平均窒息点为1．332mg／L；耗氧率呈明显的昼夜变化，平均耗氧率为0．622mg／g•h。耗氧率高峰出现在5：00和23：00。水温对河鲈鱼苗的耗氧率和窒息点均有显著影响。 |

| Oxygen consumption, oxygen consumption rate and asphyxia point of Perca fluviatilus fry, with an average total length of 7.25 cm and average body-weight of 5. 294 g, were tested at the temperature of 20 - 28 ℃. The hypoxia endurance of P. fluviatihts fry was comparitively limited. The average asphyxia point was 1. 332 mg/L. The oxygen consumption rate, with a mean value of 0. 622 mg/g . h, fluctuated with a diurnal rhythm, which the peak occurred at 5：00 and 23： 00. Different water temperature had an obvious influence on oxygen consumption rate and asphyxia point of P. fluviatilus fry. |
