      以柠檬黄作为诱变剂,研究了其对大鳞副泥鳅的急性毒性及遗传毒性效应。急性毒性实验测出了柠檬黄对大鳞副泥鳅的24h半致死浓度是9.931g/L,48h半致死浓度是8.670g/L,48h安全浓度是1.982g/L。然后研究了柠檬黄在不同浓度和染毒时间的条件下对大鳞副泥鳅红细胞的损伤情况,结果发现:在较低的浓度下(〈0.1239g/L),柠檬黄诱导的微核率与自然发生率无明显的差异;达到一定浓度(〉0.2478g/L)之后所诱导的微核率基本上随着浓度的加大和染毒时间的延长,微核率增高,达到最高值后,开始下降,诱发的微核率与对照组相比达到显著或极显著差异水平。可见在一定剂量范围之内的柠檬黄对大鳞副泥鳅无明显的遗传毒性效应,但达到一定的浓度和时间之后具有一定的遗传毒性,建议食品加工业在使用柠檬黄时,应严格限量使用,以免对人体健康造成危害。

      The acute toxicity and genetic toxicity effects of tartrazine on the red blood cell of Paramisgurnus dabryanus were studied with tartrazine as mutagen. The results showed that LC50 for 24 h and 48 h were 9. 931 g/L and 8.67 g/L, respectively. The safe concentration of the tartrazine for 48 h was 1. 982 g/L. At the low concentrations ( 〈0. 1239 g/L), micronucleus rate induced by tartrazine had no significant differences with the natural level. When the concentration was more than 0. 2478 g/L, the micronucleus rate was remarkably different compared with the control group. And It increased with the increase of tartrazine concentration and contamination time and started to decrease after getting to the maximum. So, tartrazine had no obvious toxicity at low concentrations, but it could make genetic damage at certain concentration and after certain contamination time. It was suggested that the use of tartrazine should be limited in food production for human health.
