| 花溪河地处贵州省贵阳市郊，是长江流域乌江水系清水河的源头河流，该河流水质清澈，水生生态保持较好，整个河段水质除个别指标外，都符合地表水I类水质标准。2007年9～10月，对花溪河的浮游动物（轮虫、枝角类、桡足类）群落及其物种多样性进行了初步调查。结果显示，花溪河中有大型浮游动物75种，分属4目、20科、36属。轮虫、枝角类、桡足类分别占总种数的48．0％、29．3％、22．7％。研究表明，在花溪河中浮游动物种类组成丰富，群落结构复杂，水生生态良好。 |

| Huaxi river, located in the suburb of Guiyang city, Guizhou province, is headstream of Qingshui river which flows into Wujiang river and then the Yangtse. The ecosystem of Huaxi river keeps well and water quality is in according with surface water criteria I. Zooplankton community and species diversity in Huaxi river were investigated from Sept. to Oct. , 2007. In this survey, 75 species of zooplankton, belonging to 20 families, 36 genera, were found in Huaxi River. Among these species, Rotifer, CIadocera, Copepoda accounted for 48.0% , 29.3% and 22.7%, respectively. The value of Margalef index （D） ranged from 9.00 to 23.93, indicating the abundance of zooplankton and the complexity of zooplankton community. |
