| The 24 h LC50, 48 h LC50, 96 h LC50 and the safe mass concentrations of four common drugsto Silurus meridionalis were respectively studied, including of copper sulfate, strong chlorine, purity 90% of metrifonate and formaldehyde. The values for copper sulfatewere 9.40,6.67, 3.96 and 1.01 mg/L. The values for strong chlorine 2.63,2.51,2.04 and 0.69 mg/L. The values for purity 90% of metrifonatewere 50.30, 42.80, 24.10 and 9.30 mg/L. The values for formaldehydewere 71.05, 64.20 , 52.03 and 15.73 mg/L. The sensitivities of Silurus meridionalis to 4 kinds ofdrugs were strong chlorine 〉 copper sulfate 〉 metrifonate 〉 formaldehyde. |
