      为探究呼和浩特市金海水库水体有机污染程度和营养状况,对水体中浮游细菌及主要环境因子进行为期一年的监测。结果显示:水体中浮游细菌数量夏季>春季>冬季>秋季,全年介于4.4 ~ 9700.0×102个/mL之间,最高和最低值分别出现在6月和11月,表明夏季水库水体有机污染程度最大,秋季水体洁净程度较高。在空间上,浮游细菌数量主要受水体流动性影响,水库内各点位细菌数量的空间差异较明显,呈现出春、秋季从进水口向库区内部逐渐减少,夏、冬季从进水口向库区内部逐渐增加的分布格局。浮游细菌与温度、pH值呈现良好的正相关性,与总氮、总磷、叶绿素a呈现负相关关系,其中与总磷的负相关性较为突出,相关系数达0.69。各季节水体均属β-中污带,为轻度污染。

      The total bacterial count is an important indicator of organic pollution in waterbodies. To better understand the level of organic pollution and nutritional status in Jinhai reservoir in Hohhot, we analyzed the spatiotemporal distribution of planktonic bacteria and its relationship with the major environmental factors in the reservoir. Reservoir planktonic bacteria and water quality parameters were monitored monthly at nine sampling sites from June 2012 to May 2013. Bacteria were enumerated by the dilution plate method and water quality parameters included temperature (ToC), pH, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and chlorophyll a (Chl-a). Planktonic bacteria were in the range 4.4-9700.0×102 ind./ml during the investigation, with dramatic seasonal differences. The highest and the lowest planktonic bacteria count was observed in June and November, respectively, and by season the order was summer>spring>winter>autumn, indicating that organic pollution in the reservoir was highest in summer and lowest in autumn. Spatial variation of the planktonic bacteria community among the nine sampling sites was also significant, influenced primarily by reservoir hydrodynamics. The planktonic bacteria count decreased gradually from the inlet to the center of the reservoir in spring and autumn and, in summer and winter, the pattern was reversed. The planktonic bacteria count was also affected by the reservoir structure that is higher on the inner side and lower in the outer side of the reservoir. Planktonic bacteria counts correlated positively with water temperature and pH, negatively with TN and Chl-a,and more strongly negative with TP (R2=0.69). In conclusion, the reservoir water was lightly polluted and classified as β-moderate pollution.
