      为了掌握威宁草海湿地生态安全状况。为威宁草海湿地规划建设提供参考依据,在参考已有研究成果基础上,以PSR(压力-状态-响应)模型为依据,建立威宁草海湿地生态安全评价指标体系(包括17个指标);同时,采用模糊数学法建立评价模型,以均方差法确定各个评价指标权重,对威宁草海湿地的生态安全进行实例评价。结果显示,压力要素和响应要素处于不安全等级;状态要素处于极不安全等级;威宁草海湿地生态安全对应“安全、较安全、较不安全、不安全、极不安全”5个安全级别的隶属度值分别为0.0626、0.1197、0.2141、0.3312、0.2724,处于不安全的隶属度值最大(0.3312);根据模糊数学最大隶属度原理,威宁草海湿地生态安全处于不安全等级,湿地生态安全有待改善。

      Wetlands are the natural integration of aquatic and semi-aquatic organisms in a wet environment, and have a special function and structure. The ecological security and health of Caohai Lake wetland in Weining have played an important role guiding not only in improving wetland management, but also in developing ecological security in the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau of China. This paper focuses on the evaluation of ecological security for the Caohai Lake wetland in Weining County. The aim is to protect the basic eco-services provided by the wetland and promote its healthy development. Furthermore, it aims to provide scientifically based decisions for the restoration of wetland ecology. The ecological security evaluation index for Caohai lake wetland is based on a PSR (pressure-state-response) model using a fuzzy mathematics method. The system includes 17 indicators and the weight of each indicator was determined by the mean square error method. Based on the scores and weight of each indicator, the evaluation system ranks ecological security into five categories; safe, slightly safe, slightly insecure, insecure, and extremely insecure. The evaluation index system was then used to evaluate the ecological security of Caohai Lake wetland of Weining. Results indicate that the pressure and response elements of the Caohai Lake wetland were unsafe and the elements of state factors were extremely insecure. The values of the five ecological security rankings for Caohai Lake wetland were 0.0626, 0.1197, 0.2141, 0.3312, 0.2724, indicating that the ecological security of the wetland is unsafe, according to the principle of maximum membership degree from fuzzy mathematics. In conclusion, the ecological security evaluation index developed in this study was used to evaluate the ecological security of Caohai Lake wetland of Weining. The assessment results were consistent with observations and show that the model and evaluation method are reliable. Furthermore, the ecological security of the Caohai Lake wetland in Weining is threatened and needs to be improved. We suggest strengthened environmental protection, better coordination of policies and practices, and improved management to support sustainable development of Caohai Lake wetland in Weining.
