      2015年4月份,在三峡水库库首、库中、库尾分别选择香溪河、澎溪河、御临河进行采样,比较浮游植物群落特征和浮游植物功能类群的异同,并用综合营养指数对水质进行评价。结果显示三条支流浮游植物群落特征存各有不同。三条支流共鉴定出浮游植物8门,46属,68种,其中御临河口(50种)>澎溪河口(33种)>香溪河口(20种),主要为硅藻和绿藻。御临河、澎溪河、香溪河的浮游植物平均密度分别为61×104ind/L、4×104ind/L、3×104ind/L,平均生物量分别为0.64mg/L、0.07mg/L、0.035mg/L,御临河现存量明显高于其它两条支流。3条支流共得到23个功能群,优势功能类群为御临河(G、C、P),澎溪河(LM、MP),香溪河(F、Y)。研究结果表明,库尾、库中和库首河口浮游植物种群结构组成相似,从库尾支流到库首支流浮游植物种类和现存量逐渐减少。浮游植物库尾支流由硅藻为优势种的功能群,转变为库中甲藻为优势种和库首绿藻为优势种的功能群。浮游植物现存量从库首到库尾支流逐渐增加对透明度的变化有所影响。而库首到库尾支流水体氮磷营养更多的取决于蓄水产生的水文水动力变化。

      The aquatic community structure in tributary coves of Three Gorges Reservoir varies significantly with distance from the dam. To characterize the aquatic ecological environment of tributaries of Three Gorges Reservoir, we investigated the phytoplankton community in the bays of Xiangxi River, Pengxi River and Yulin River. These are three typical tributaries and are located, respectively, in the lower, middle and upper reach of Three Gorges Reservoir. Phytoplankton species composition, standing stock and functional groups of the three rivers were compared, the relationship between phytoplankton functional groups and water quality parameters was analyzed, and water quality in the three rivers was evaluated based on the comprehensive nutrient index. Phytoplankton sampling was carried out in April of 2015 and the sampling section was located 2-3km upstream from the confluence, with three sampling sites in each section. Water samples were collected and in-situ measurements made at the same time phytoplankton were collected and the water quality parameters included water transparency,water temperature, conductivity, DO, pH ,TN, TP, CODMn, Chl-a, NO3-N and NH4-N. Characteristics of phytoplankton community from the three tributaries were significantly different. A total of 68 phytoplankton species from 46 genera, 8 phyla were identified, dominated by diatoms and green algae. The number of phytoplankton species by river was 50 species (Yulin), 33 species (Pengxi) and 20 species (Xiangxi). The average phytoplankton density and biomass were 61×104ind/L and 0.64mg/L (Yulin), 4×104 ind/L and 0.07mg/L (Pengxi), 3×104ind/L and 0.035mg/L (Xiangxi). The phytoplankton standing stock of Yulin River was obviously higher than the other two rivers. There were 23 phytoplankton functional clusters obtained for the three tributaries, with dominance by G, C, P functional clusters in Yulin River, LM, MP functional clusters in Pengxi River and F, Y functional clusters in Xiangxi River. In general, the phytoplankton population structures in the estuary of the three tributaries were similar, but species composition and standing crops of phytoplankton community gradually decreased from the upper to the lower reservoir. In terms of the phytoplankton functional groups, the dominant species were diatoms in the lower tributaries, dinoflagellates in the middle tributaries, and green algae in the upper tributaries. It was shown that the variation of phytoplankton quantity between the three tributaries was associated with the change of transparency from upper to lower tributaries and the change in the nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations, which are highly dependent on hydrodynamic changes resulting from operating Three Gorges Reservoir.
